Q: How do we know what the item we are purchasing looks like?

A: Tumbled and smaller rough stones are selected intuitively by the person packing your order. If you have a preference in size, color, etc. please leave those preferences in the notes section at time of checkout. We will try to accomodate your requests but cannot make any guarantees. 
If you are interested purchasing a larger item that has more than one option (numbered 1,2,3,etc.) please refer to the pictures posted. The pictures are shown in the same order of the products being sold. Picture one is an image of item #1 and so on. If there is a picture of an item being held to reference size it will directly follow the picture of the same item. This means that if there is a picture of stone #2 being held to reference its size it will directly follow the main picture of stone #2. If you have any uncertainty, please contact us prior to purchasing. Once shipped, all sales on crystals are final so make sure what you wanted is what you bought!

Q: How long does it take to ship out an order?

A: Currently, A Touch of Good Karma Boutique orders are being packed within 1-3 business days of the purchase date. Fulfillment times may vary depending on the amount of orders received at a single time. Please know that we strive for customer satisfaction and will do our absolute best to get your order to you as soon as possible. 

Q: I received my order, but I didn't receive any free items. I have received them in the past, why didn't I get them this time?

A: We appreciate every single one of our customers for supporting our small business and like to show our appreciation by giving a little something extra with purchases that are made. With that being said, we only have a certain amount of intentory to give away. We try to restock as often as possible, but sometimes we may not have anything to give. Please understand that free items are just a way for us to say thank you and are not guaranteed. 

Q: I made multiple purchases at the same time, but I didn't receive a free gift in each box.

A: Please see the above listed response. We only have so much inventory set aside to provide our clients with frre gifts. If we see that you have made multiple orders in a short period of time, we will only give one free gift. We want to share a little bit of positivity and gratitude with everyone!


Skincare Return Policy: All skincare products must be returned in-store or shipped within 14 days of the purchase date with proof of purchase. All products returned must be unopened to receive a full refund. If the product has been opened and/or used for any reason we offer store credit or exchanges for products returned within 14 days after purchase with proof of purchase. Returns without proof of purchase will not be accepted.  Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. If shipping the product(s) back to us, please contact us at contact@atouchofgoodkarma.com within the 14 days to let us know what we will be receiving. All products returned via shipping must be received by us within the 14 day time frame. If the package is delivered after that time period you may not receive a refund. Please make sure to check out with items you need/want only. Any items purchased 'accidentally' will not be refunded by us or the bank. A Touch of Good Karma, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and will not issue a refund or send replacement items. 


Crystal Return Policy: All sales on crystals and crystal related items are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted. If an item is received broken please contact us within 7 days of the package arrival at contact@atouchofgoodkarma.com with photos of the broken items. If it is determined that the piece arrived broken, store credit will be issued (giftcard). Please make sure to check out with items you need/want only. Any items purchased 'accidentally' will not be refunded by us or the bank. A Touch of Good Karma, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and will not issue a refund or send replacement items. 

*Multiple online orders will not be combined into one order. Please purchase all wanted or needed items together if you wish to receive one box. Each individual order will receive its own tracking number unless otherwise stated. In the rare case that multiple orders are combined into one shipping box, an email will be sent to the purchaser's provided email stating which orders have been combined. Please make sure that all shipping information is accurate. All items/packages shipped that are returned to A Touch of Good Karma, LLC  (returned to sender) due to an incorrect shipping address will not be refunded. The customer will be contacted as soon as possible to retrieve correct shipping information. If there are additional shipping costs required the customer will be responsible for paying them. 


Gift Card Return Policy: All sales of gift cards are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted. A Touch of Good Karma, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards and will not issue a refund or a replacement gift card. All gift cards must be presented at the time of intended use. We will not honor a gift card without proof of purchase/ a physical copy of the gift card. We cannot look up gift card purchases. 


Customer Service Response Time: All customer questions, comments, and concerns are welcome. Typically, we aim to respond back to customers within 24 hours of the received email unless there is a high volume. We ask for everyone to please be patient and know that we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can and we apologize for any delays that may occur.
